I have been under the care of Dr. Jones for RA for over 7 years now. He provides a high level of care & always adds humour to my appointments, which puts me at ease. He is a good listener, & always seems interested in what I have to say.

Hugh Jones has a very friendly and humorous approach which is great at putting patients at ease. He also listens and is adaptable to appreciate the condition inflicting the patient. I should know twice over; he treated my elderly mother while I was also in the room and later I had a condition and he was excellent at sorting that out too. I can walk! Well I could before too but he was able to find out what to do next. A bit of physio and things are better. He knows his stuff!

I have suffered from psoriatic arthritis on and off for about 50 years - currently in remission. Dr. Jones has been my consultant for many years and has always been extremely encouraging, helpful and cheerful. It is a pleasure to go and see him, which I do about once a year, unless I get a flare up of the condition, in which case a call to his secretary will usually result in a fairly prompt appointment to see him. I wish all hospital doctors were like him.

Dr Jones has looked after me and my Lupus for six years now, he is very reassuring, gives me all the information I need and makes a hard situation very comfortable and easy when needed. I couldn't wish for better care especially whilst I am a mum of three little girls under seven with a busy life. Dr Jones has made this journey of living with Lupas very understandable and bearable. I am armed with all info and care I need.
